Q. Are the payment modes specific to PIN codes?A. The payment modes are not specific to pin codes, however, cash on delivery is not available on all pin codes.

Q. How do I make a payment if the Cash on Delivery option is not available on my address/PIN code?A. You can use any of the other payment methods supported by us.

Q. Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?A. XYXX guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information.

Q. What is the process for making a Cash on Delivery purchase?A.On every product page, you can type in your pin code to check if cash on delivery is available for your pin code. If available you can proceed to place your order and select Cash on Delivery on the Payment confirmation page.

Q. Is there a charge/fee associated with the Cash on Delivery orders?A. There is an additional charge of Rs. 40 on every Cash on Delivery order.

Q. If I made a payment by card and then cancelled the order, do I get a refund?A. Yes, of course, your money is safe and will be refunded within 3 days.

Q. Is there any particular product which is non-returnable?
A. We offer risk-free returns. Few products are Non-returnable, but we take full gurantee on the quality.

Q. Can I return any partial order?
A. Yes, you can select the items you want to return.

Q. How much time does the return and refund process take?
A. We promise to make it quick and easy. As soon as we receive the product that you have shipped back to us, we will initiate the refund within 3 days.

Q. How do I know if the product I returned has reached your warehouse?
A. You will receive information via SMS and email regarding your return’s status.

Q. If I wish to return an ordered product, is a doorstep pick-up available?
A. Yes, of course. Doorstep pickup is available.

A. Choose the correct size by comparing your own measurements to the measurements given in the size guide, this will help you choose your perfect fit.

A. Choose a style depending on what would be most practical for you as your daily essential basic wear.

Q. Should I choose boxers, trunks or briefs?
A. You should choose what keeps you most comfortable throughout your day! All our products are made from fabric that best guarantees comfort above all.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • Q. Is it mandatory to create an account on TOM BURG to shop?
    A. It’s not mandatory to create an account to shop, you can shop as a guest user too. However, we recommend you to create an account so that it’s easier for you to checkout, review past orders and process returns.

    2. On the Sign In page, you will have an option to create an account


    Q. What if I forget my password?
    A. If you forget your password

    1. Click on ‘Forgot your Password’
    2. Enter your registered email address in the provided box
    3. You will receive the reset email and you can create a new password with the link in the email, also check your junk mail folder if you cannot locate our email.


    Q. Do retail locations sell products not available online?
    A. The same products are available both online and offline at retail locations.
